It was Hunstanton or bust when a team of tractor drivers from Holbeach went on a charity run in aid of the British Heart Foundation.

Eleven tractors took part in the 75-mile round trip on Independence Day, July 4.

Held in aid of the British Heart Foundation, the run raised more than £1,700, which was presented to the charity at the Holbeach United Services Club.

Organiser Ivan Allen, whose wife has had two heart attacks, was delighted with how much was raised.
He said: “We were really chuffed. There were no problems and we had good support – it couldn’t have been a better day. We’d like to thank all of the sponsors and who made donations.”
