Clean out a number of old jam jars, and choosing a selection of shapes and sizes is good. Tie a little piece of ribbon or lace around the middle to decorate.

A handful of flowers from the garden or even just a few heads of blooms is all you need to create a simple but gorgeous summer display that will make your guests feel extra special.
