Spalding's Wygate Park Academy teachers were slimed to raise money for Comic Relief and new library

Teachers went beyond the call of duty at a Spalding school - by being gunged for a good cause.

Staff at Wygate Park Academy had buckets of slime chucked over their heads while youngsters cheered in order to raise money.

It was by raising £3,000 that they earned the right to carry out the satisfying sliming.
