Long-time Quadring resident Norman Featherstone is to give a talk on the history of the village on Friday (7.30pm).
Before Norman gives his illustrated presentation at Quadring Church Hall he will unveil a plaque dedicated to his great aunts, the Miss Robinsons, who originally donated money for its construction. That will take place at around 7.20pm. The plaque is being reinstated following redecoration of the hall.
Norman says his talk is amusing – and contains tales of murder and adultery.
