The committee of Spalding’s Crystal Charity Ball are already gearing up for what looks set to be another successful event.
This November 21 will see the fourth annual ball in aid of the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. Over the last three years this event has raised nearly £27,000.
A full compliment of tables have been reserved but chief organiser Kelly Beba is holding a waiting list in the event that tables become available.
“We’re looking forward to this year being just as successful as the last three,” said Kelly, who started the event after her father passed away from lung cancer in 2011.
“This is a great, value for money event, that promises a fun night out. Our 450-plus guests are of all ages and come from all walks of life.
“We see lots of people from all sorts of industry in the area. So we can also offer good value for money advertising through table sponsorship and sponsorship of different parts of the evening.”
The event has its own website and Facebook page which offers advertising for all its patrons and so the committee is keen to highlight this to any potential sponsors.
Kelly added: “This is a really popular event. We are keen to find sponsors for things like the welcome drinks, live band or for some of the fundraising games that we play.”
