Almost 30 workers at Bakkavor Salads in Spalding have been recognised for service to the food producer totalling 335 years.

The workers from the West Marsh Road site were presented with certificates and gift vouchers, including Lynette Bellamy, Joanne Dawson and Patricia Hall who have each worked at Bakkavor for 25 years.

‘These awards are one of the ways we are able to show appreciation to our employees for all their hard work and commitment to the business.’

A presentation event was made at the town’s Ayscoughfee Hall Museum by Philip Hall, business director of Bakkavor Salads, who said: “These awards are one of the ways we are able to show appreciation to our employees for all their hard work and commitment to the business.

“I was delighted to have presented long service awards to nearly 30 employees this year and offer particular congratulations to Lynette, Joanne and Patricia for achieving 25 years with Bakkavor Salads.”
