Staff from Lincolnshire Co-op have been honoured for their hard work with awards for customer service and effort.
At an awards evening more than 80 of them celebrated personal training achievements and winners of the Customer Service Excellence Awards were announced. Many of these are based on ‘mystery shopper’ visits.
A special group of colleagues who had gone above and beyond the call of duty have also been honoured with Gold, Silver and Bronze 3 ‘e’s Awards for exceeding everyone’s expectations.
Locally, Long Sutton’s The Chase was deemed best filling station for cutomer care, Spalding Funeral Home received a customer service gold award and Roxanne Murfitt from Spalding travel branch won a 3 ‘e’s gold.
