St Norbert’s win Spalding round of School Games hockey

St Norbert’s Catholic Primary School was successful in the Spalding round of Quicksticks Hockey.

Twelve teams from local primary schools came together at Spalding Hockey Club’s ground in Surfleet to compete in School Games, which seeks to increase the number of pupils participating and competing in sport as well as taking up leadership roles.

Moulton John Harrox A were second, Pinchbeck East A third, followed by Moulton John Harrox B, Pinchbeck East B, Ayscoughfee Hall A and B, Spalding Primary A, Monkshouse, Moulton John Harrox C, Weston Hills and Spalding Primary B.

The St Norbert’s team will go on to play against the winning schools from the Bourne, Deeping, Holbeach and Long Sutton rounds to be held this month.
