Spalding woman banned from driving after being reported as drunk when her car hit a kerb

A 67-year-old Spalding woman has been banned from driving for 18 months after admitting getting behind the wheel after drinking alcohol.

Pamela Moore, of The Green, admitted to driving with 64 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath when she appeared before Boston Magistrates yesterday (Weds, Dec 5). The legal limit is 35.

Magistrates heard she had been reported by a member of the public after her car hit a kerb. She was found in her stationary car at 9.06pm on November 17 in Matmore Gate. She was also fined £250 and ordered to pay £115 in costs and charges.
