The fair, which has been held annually for five years, is aimed at helping local job seekers find work and also provides advice and information about many aspects of employment.
This year’s event featured 28 exhibitors from a range of sectors including the food industry, legal profession and training providers, who were on hand to discuss current vacancies.
Visitors received career advice and learned about the skills needed for different trades.
Coun Nick Worth, portfolio holder for economic development, said: “This year’s fair was certainly one of the best. We had a big turn out and lots of positive feedback from visitors.
“There was a wealth of advice and information on offer for anyone looking for work or who wants to learn more about different careers and opportunities.
“We would like to thank everyone who attended and all of the exhibitors who took part.”
