Spalding Grammar School sixth formers Amelia Capper and Connor Cutts are putting on a gig to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust.
The concert, at Spalding Grammar School on Friday (7pm), features five acts, including headline closer Atlantic Avenue and local duo Hob & The Goblin.
Amelia, who said they were inspired to act by ‘Stephen’s Story’, the young cancer patient who continues to raise millions for the trust after his death, said: “We took things into our own hands to host Gig Night, which will feature an array of local musical talent. We hope to make £500 for the charity.”
Tickets are £3.50 from the school or Whaplode Post Office – 01406 330201.
