The focus for this year’s spectacular event on Thursday (6-9pm with fireworks at 8pm) at the Spalding venue is to commemorate servicemen and women from two world wars with a display featuring lights and fireworks set to iconic military themed music.
It is set to be the venue’s biggest ever display.
In what promises to be an emotive finale, the local branch of the Royal British Legion is providing a cornet player to perform the last post as standard bearers lower their flags as a mark of respect.
The event is supporting the RBL’s annual Poppy Appeal.
Early bird tickets for the night are £5 and £3 for children under 16 available by visitingspringfieldsshopping.com
