Have your say

There is great excitement surrounding Spalding’s first Beer and Music Festival.

The event at the Castle Sports Complex on Friday (6-11pm), Saturday (noon-11pm) and Sunday (noon-10pm) will introduce visitors to more than 50 different real ales, sourced by The Prior’s Oven, as well as non-stop music of all genres from 17 bands.

On Saturday and Sunday a family area (until 7pm) will include inflatables, crazy golf, paintball alley, hook a duck, welly wanging, a coconut shy, face painting and more. There is also a rodeo bull for those who want to test their endurance. It’s a Round Table event and the organising committee hope it’s the first of many. Entry is £3, £1 for 8-17-year-olds, under-7s free.
