The sessions are led by personal trainer Zoe Myall.
Personal Trainer Zoe Myall will be holding the outdoor sessions for the third year running - starting next Wednesday, May 25.
The sessions feature a range of fun cardio and strength exercises to help you get fit in a friendly atmosphere.
This year, there will also be sessions for children run at the same time so participants with youngsters can still join in the boot camp, while the children are entertained with fun sports games and activities.
Zoe, who owns Give It Some Fizz Fitness, Sports and Education, said: “The sessions are always good fun and the ladies who took part last year found their fitness levels improved considerably, with many inspired to keep up with exercise following the sessions. We do a circuit-style programme with short bursts on each exercise station. This include activities such as shuttle runs, squats, tricep bench dips, and abdominal exercises.
“You can work at your own ability level and it doesn’t matter if you are new to exercise as the boot camp is for ladies of all abilities.”
The sessions will run from 7pm to 8pm at Ayscoughfee Gardens in Spalding, from May 25 until June 29. The cost is £30 for the whole six weeks. The children’s activity sessions are an extra £1 per child, per session.
