Two-vehicle crash on A16 Surfleet causing significant disruption to motorists

Emergency services are currently on the scene of a two-vehicle collision on the A16 at Surfleet at the junction with the A52.

The accident happened at around 4.30pm on Coney Garth Lane. The road is partially blocked, traffic is slow and police say there will be further significant disruption and are advising motorists to avoid the area.

The accident is causing delays further down the A16 on Station Road westbound between A17 Station Road and A16 (Sutterton roundabout), where the average speed is down to 10mph.

Firefighters from Spalding and Donnington are currently in attendance and ambulance staff are assessing injuries.
