More news, no ads

Children in Holbeach will be able to wave at Santa and his sleigh as he makes his way around the town.

Martin Forward and John Budworth, who own The Crown Hotel, will be bringing their specially commissioned Santa Sleigh to streets and stop-off points to add some festive cheer while also supporting two good causes.

The first sleigh ride on Monday, December 13, will start at 5pm and take in West End, Spalding Road, Langwith Drive, Langwith Gardens, The Square, Western Avenue, Netherfield, Hall Gate, Church Street, Back Lane, Westend, East Elloe Avenue, Boston Road and back to the Crown.

The final sleigh ride on Monday, December 20 will move into Whaplode. The route will include Cob Gate, Church Gate, Mill Lane, High Road and Stockwell Gate. There will be a short stop in Stockwell Gate.
