Roadworks on Dozens Bank/Bourne Road, West Pinchbeck, with 'Stop/Go' traffic controls in operation




Roadworks are to take place in the A151 Bourne Road/Dozens Bank area, between Pode Hole and West Pinchbeck, today and tomorrow.

The work involves surface dressing of the road to make it safer and for it to last longer.

It will take around up to two days to complete, with the exact duration of the work dependent on weather conditions.

A Lincolnshire County Council spokesman said: "To ensure the safety of the workforce, the works will be carried out using 'Stop and Go' boards.

"This means that delays are likely and people are advised to use alternative routes where possible.

"We would ask motorists to please adhere to the recommended 20mph speed limit for the duration of the signs being placed out on the section of highway to be surface-dressed.

"In the meantime, we apologise for any inconvenience caused."
