New Spalding restaurant will create 20 new jobs
Up to 20 jobs will be created when a new restaurant opens.
Moninna’s Ristorante and Pizzeria, which is currently based at the Jolly Brewers, Shouldham Thorpe., will be coming to an unnamed location in Spalding.
Adam Noble, who is originally from Spalding, and business partner Aaron Dobson are looking forward to bringing the restaurant to this area.
Mr Noble, who trained as a chef with John Allen at the Bull Inn at Pinchbeck, said: "Moninna’s Ristorante & Pizzeria offers great value family dining to eat in, collect or for delivery. We offer great value meal deals both for enjoying in the restaurants or at home. We make our own dough! Our recipes have been created over time and working with some great chefs over the years.
"We are confident that Spalding represents a great location for us to invest and to bring jobs and support the local economy through local supply chains.
"We anticipate that our Spalding restaurant will create 20 jobs.
