Market Deeping's re-wilding site

A re-wilding project has been launched to help increase wildlife and improve biodiversity.
South Kesteven District Council has chosen a site in Market Deeping to start the project, with another project planned for Bourne.
Coun Dr Peter Moseley, cabinet member for commercial and operations, visited thestrip of land at the northern edge of public space adjacent to Tattershall Drive in Market Deeping, to mark the start of the project.
He said:“I hope that people, and children in particular, can use this site as a way to learn more about our natural world.
“We have chosen these sites very carefully. “
