Former Golden Lion pub in Bourne is transformed into a house

An interior design and staging company has turned a pub into a home ready for potential buyers to view.

The Housing Design Company, based in Market Harborough, has decorated and furnished the former Golden Lion pub in West Street, Bourne after its renovation into a house.

Denise Cable, creative lead for the firm, which 'stages' homes with ornaments and pictures so they look more lived in, said: "I'm delighted with the result.
