Plans to expand Crowland business park

By Spalding Reporter

Plans to build up to a further 11 business units at Crease Drove, Crowland, have been submitted by South Holland District Council.

The council wants to expand on the existing six units it built in 2010, known as Pinnacle Close, which was given planning consent in August 2009.

If the current application is granted, full planning permission will be in place to build up to an additional 11 units - suitable for light industrial, storage and office space - totalling 15,800 sq ft.

The proposed new scheme at Crease Drove continues the council's programme of direct investment in industrial accommodation for small and medium size enterprises in South Holland.

The council already provides over 50 micro and small units to let across the district.
