Police ask for public's help to trace man in connection with knife attack in Spalding at the weekend




Lincolnshire Police have released a photograph of a man they are looking for in relation to a knife attack on another man in Spalding at the weekend.

Officers want to speak to James Ellis (pictured) who is wanted in relation to what they are treating as an incident of grievous bodily harm in Double Street, Spalding, on Saturday.

A man in his 20s was slashed across the face with a knife after an argument involving a group of people.

The victim was taken to hospital where he was treated for a facial injury.

Ellis is also wanted in connection with a breach of bail conditions in connection with a separate offence.

Anyone who has seen him or knows where he is should call Spalding Police Station on 101, quoting reference number 63 of March 9.
