Crowland sports pavilion break-in: Police appeal for information




Police investigating a break-in at a sports pavilion in Crowland have urged anybody with further information to get in touch.

We reported on Wednesday that the Snowden Pavilion on the town's Snowden Playing Field had been targeted overnight on Thursday, October 10.

The glass of an external door was smashed and part of the perimeter fencing torn down during the incident, causing an estimated £500 worth of damage.

South Holland neighbourhood policing inspector, Gareth Boxall, has confirmed police are investigating the incident at the Snowden Pavilion in Crowland.

South Holland neighbourhood policing inspector Gareth Boxall said: “I can confirm that we are investigating a break-in at the Snowden Pavilion in Crowland on October 10-11.

"We are following a number of lines of enquiry which we cannot comment further on whilst the matter is still being investigated.

"I encourage anyone with any information about this incident to contact us on 101 quoting 19000545619."
