Extensions to two homes have been approved by South Holland District Council.

An extension for a playroom can be built at a Holbeach home despite a neighbour’s objections over noise.

Residents of a property at the rear of the proposed building work at a house in Fakenham Chase complained that they cannot open their windows at night because of distrubance created by late-night computer gaming and that the new room would “bring him closer to our bedroom.”

Permission to build a new sunroom at a Long Sutton home have been approved.

The project at the property in Little London will also include a utility room and a single detached garage, which will sit at the rear of the plot, with a lengthy drive in front.

New and replacement brickwork utilised must closely match the existing building.
