Pinchbeck’s former dairy to be site for nine new homes?

Pinchbeck Parish Council news.

Nine homes could be built on the site of a former dairy in Pennyfield, Pinchbeck.

Lincoln-based Lindum Group Ltd is seeking planning consent from South Holland District Council to build five three-bed homes with the rest having four or more bedrooms.

The applicants say the now vacant site housed a dairy from 1951 with development and expansion continuing into the 1970s.

They say: “The former dairy structures have been completely demolished in recent years.”

Properties are designed to be in keeping with those on Pennyfield and Mayfield, and the developers say the impact to the locality is considered “an enhancement”.
