PICTURE GALLERY: Pinchbeck pupils gather at war memorial for special service

Pupils from Pinchbeck East Church of England Primary School joined other villagers in a remembrance service at the village's war memorial this morning (Friday).

Youngsters took it in turns to lay wreaths and poppies at the foot of the memorial, to remember those from the village who gave their lives in the two world wars and other conflicts.

On Sunday there will be a service at St Mary's Church, starting at 6.30pm, followed by a beacon being lit in the Memorial Ground at 7pm.

St Mary’s Church bells will ring out at 7.05pm and then all are invited for cake and wine in the church.
