Pinchbeck man caught twice for driving while banned is warned next time he could face prison

A man, who twice drove while under a driving ban, has been ordered to carry out unpaid work for the community and been warned that if there is a next time, it would be 'inevitable' he would go to prison.

Ricky McKay, 23, of Brownlow Crescent, Pinchbeck, admitted two offences of driving while disqualified and without insurance on both occasions, when he appeared at Boston Magistrates Court yesterday (Weds).

Paul Woods, prosecuting, said that he had been seen driving his Vauxhall Astra on June 24 in Holland Market, and on June 29 in Wardentree Lane, being stopped by the police on the second occasion.
