PINCHBECK Parish Council is still looking at installing wind turbines as a way of making money for the parish,

Council vice-chairman Andrew Bowser said he would try to find a contact so an expert speaker can attend a parish council meeting.

Member James Avery said whatever happens the decision on whether to install them should be made by residents rather than the council.

Speaking from the public gallery, former district councillor Steve Williams said: “The farmers are getting £12,000 per turbine and it’s index linked.”
