PICTURE SPECIAL: Fun Dog Show at Holbeach Community Flower Festival

By Spalding Reporter

Dogs and their owners took centre stage at the Holbeach Community Flower Festival.

A fun dog show was held in the grounds of All Saints Church on the Sunday of the festival.

Ten different breeds of dog were entered at a cost of just £1, part of the new-look flower celebration which is now in its sixth year.

The event was sponsored by The Canine Classroom and served as a popular addition to the flowers, arts and crafts that were on display throughout the festival.

Dogs were tested on the agility, obedience and appearance as proud owners watched on from the sidelines.

Sam Wyldbore, of The Canine Classroom, said: “There was fantastic turnout for the dog show at the Holbeach Flower Festival.

“Thank you so much to all the dog owners who came, all our lovely judges and to Maz Jones who ran the whole show fantastically well.”
