Holbeach Primary Academy hosts Christmas Fair organised by parents, teachers and friends' association

Parents from Holbeach Primary Academy organised a Christmas Fair on Friday to raise money for future school projects.

A selection of festive games, including Drop the Coin on Rudolph, Snowball the Snowman and the Santa Bottle Flip Challenge, tested and entertained families at the same time.

The school also made room for Santa's Grotto where youngsters could have their photographs taken and take home presents.

School administrator Alison Larking said: "It was wonderful to see so many children, parents and friends of the school enjoying the event.

"We offered visitors a selection of delicious food and drinks, including festive hot chocolate, all of which were enjoyed while listening to Christmas music.

"Children also had the chance to have their faces painted in Christmas designs and have glitter tattoos added as well.

"All the funds raised will go towards supporting children in the school throughout the year, but without the kind and generous donations from local businesses, parents and friends of the school, we wouldn’t have had so many prizes for people to win.

"We truly hope all those who attended had a fantastic time and went home full of the Christmas spirit."
