Surfleet had a lot to celebrate at family fun day

Celebrate Surfleet took over Glen Park for a family fun day with live music, arena attractions and demonstrations, and a dog show.

Jill Wright, from the organising committee, said money is being raised to buy a fifth defibrillator for the village and fund training days for LIVES.

Among the arena performers were the band Mullered at the Mill, the duo Tilsmore and balloon modeller Craig Cash.

Also showing off their many skills were the Kuk Sool Won school of martial arts and members of the life-saving medical charity LIVES demonstrated CPR and use of a defibrillator.

Lincs Dog Training were also present for a demonstration.

Lincolnshire Essex and Trent Boxer Rescue organised the dog show in a separate arena.
