Sutton Bridge pet fertility clinic recommended for approval

A former sports storage site is set to receive planning permission to be turned into a fertility clinic for animals.

The PET Fertility Clinic has applied retrospectively to change of use of a site in Railway Lane, Sutton Bridge.

This firm provides a range of services for animal owners such as artificial insemination, ultrasound and DNA testing.

South Holland District Council’s planning committee has been recommended to approve the application at their next meeting on Wednesday next week.

A report to the committee states the application is contrary to a policy within the South East Lincolnshire Local Plan.

But it goes onto state: "However on balance, it is considered that siting the business on Railway Lane Industrial Estate is acceptable in this instance."
