Morriss & Mennie is releasing phase one of the development of the old pub site, with prices starting from £136,950.
The site of the pub at Cowbit that was destroyed by fire – Ye Olde Dun Cow – is being launched as a housing development.
Morriss and Mennie are unveiling the first phase of houses on the site with an open day on Saturday, June 20.
The fire at the derelict pub in 2012 was believed to have been started deliberately.
The fire caused severe damage to the roof and first floor.
During the day people will be able to visit Morriss and Mennie’s offices and look at all the plans and specifications for the exclusive, one-off development.
Morriss and Mennie staff say if you have a house to sell they will be able to assist with a market appraisal for the property.
In addition, for those in need of a mortgage they were will a financial advisor on hand on the day.
Phase one of the development consists of six, two and three-bedroom semi-detached properties.
Prices start from £136,950.
