Bourne supermarket thanked by nurse who was finally able to shop for her family and elderly parents
A nurse has thanked a supermarket for giving NHS staff the opportunity to shop.
Nurse Lisa Sharp had been getting up at 6am in an attempt to shop for her family of five and her elderly parents before going to work.
After days of empty shelves, she was finally able to get what she needed in Bourne Tesco on Sunday, along with receiving a bouquet for the store staff.

She said: "This was the first day I was able to get most things my family needed. It was a relief, was a little emotional and it was such a kind gesture, I can’t thank Tesco enough."
