Holbeach parish councillor says 'bullying and intimidation' is putting off new members

A councillor says issues with ‘bullying and intimidation’ are putting off new members from joining their authority.

Coun Tim Wiltshire says no-one wants to join Holbeach Parish Council and called for problems to be addressed - after serving a Freedom of Information request on chairman Stephen Johnson.

But his claims were rejected by vice-chairman Sophie Hutchinson, who pointed out that a new councillor had recently joined.
