Rejigged plans for new Pinchbeck cemetery are passed

Rejigged plans for a new cemetery for Pinchbeck have been approved by district council’s planning department.

The parish council is looking to establish a new cemetery on land off Blue Gowt Lane.

It had permission for this already - but has now tweaked its planning application.

The new version of the plans contains a small amenity building as a ‘focal point’ as well as a garden of remembrance.

The village’s existing cemetery is said to be ‘close to capacity’.
