Sutterton could see more than 250 homes built there, bringing nearly 800 job to the area

A planned 256-home project in Sutterton could create nearly 800 new jobs and bring in more than £1.7million to the area, according to the developers behind it.

West Yorkshire firm Gleeson Homes wants to build a mix of two, three and four-bedroom houses on nearly 30 acres of land off Spalding Road and Station Road.

Twenty per cent of the homes would be sold at what Gleeson described as “discounted prices”, with a one-fifth reduction off market rates.
