Motorcyclist hurt in crash

THE A16 Spalding bypass has reopened following a collision between a car and motorcycle just after noon.

The air ambulance was called and took the motorcyclist, a 48-year-old from Holbeach, to Boston’s Pilgrim Hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

His Yamaha was in collision with a Nissan MPV. There are no details of the driver, but it is he believed he was not injured.

The road re-opened at 1.25pm.
