There have been further reports of thefts from sheds in the Holbeach area.

We reported last week that a rare bike and disco equipment were stolen from a summer house in King George V Avenue on Tuesday evening.

Police say they have now received a report of another break into a shed in Maple Grove, Holbeach where the thief got away with a 'Fly' Subwoofer grey speaker. This was thought to have occurred around 4am on Sunday and is incident 220 of December 8.

Today (Monday) they received a report of attempted thefts from two sheds in Cecil Pywell Avenue, also in Holbeach, over the weekend. One shed was well secured and entry wasn't gained. The other shed was insecure but was pretty much empty anyway.

Earlier on Saturday, two youths were seen acting suspiciously near to the sheds. The youths were thought to be 15/16 years of age. One was approximately 6 feet tall, wearing dark clothing and had a fluffy mop of fair hair. The other one was described at under five feet, wearing a red jacket and he kept pacing the floor and was looking through the gap in the doors of one of the sheds. This is incident 143 of December 9.
