South Holland police issue warning after suspicious activity and a break in at Pinchbeck
Pinchbeck will be receiving an increased police presence following reports of suspicious activity.
South Holland Police have warned villagers to be vigilant after receiving reports of a break-in at a garage along with someone trying door handles in the Oldham Drive area.
Concerns have been raised over social media recently about men looking into people's gardens.
A South Holland police social media post stated: "We have seen an increase in suspicious activity around Oldham Drive Pinchbeck over the last two nights with a report of an unknown person trying vehicle door handles and a break in to a residential garage.
"We are asking people in and around this area to be vigilant and ensure outbuilding and vehicles are locked overnight.
"There will be a increased Police presence in the area during hours of darkness. If anyone has witnessed any crimes or suspicious activity in the area please call Lincs Police reference 44-07/01/202."
