Crease Drove, Crowland, set for 50 more homes to be made available as affordable housing

An area of Crowland where hundreds of new homes are set to be built is to make room for more development.

Joint plans by Derby-based Partner Construction and Waterloo Housing, of Solihull, West Midlands, for 50 new homes on nearly four acres of land off Crease Drove were approved by South Holland District Council on Friday.

It will see a former warehouse and packing station site, once used by a soft drinks producer, turned into a range of one, two and three-bedroom homes to be made available as affordable housing, shared ownership or on a rent-to-buy basis.
