Children from Ayscoughfee Hall School in Spalding emptied their piggy banks to raise money for the NSPCC by holding a Number Day.
The day started with a really long line of pennies up and down the hall.
The children created lines that totalled 206.9 metres and raised an amazing £296.33 for the National Society of Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
During the day the children had fun maths activity sessions ranging from doing percentages with mini Smarties to probability with Play Your Cards Right!
Teacher Mrs Laud said “ The day was a great success.
“The children really enjoyed the fun maths and learnt a great deal.
“They are already asking to do another maths day!”
