Man who stabbed victim in Spalding street during dispute about assault on woman is handed suspended sentence by judge
A man who stabbed his victim in the thigh during a row in a Spalding street has been spared an immediate jail sentence.
Luke Cannon (26) attacked his victim with a knife during a confrontation in Roman Bank, Spalding, after a woman had been assaulted.
Cannon, of Alexandra Road, Spalding, admitted a charge of unlawful wounding as a result of the incident on October 28, 2016, at Lincoln Crown Court today (Monday).
