LEARN MOREA man found with a steak knife has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Darren Osborne (38), of Chestnut Avenue, Spalding, was charged with having a steak knife without lawful authority in the town’s Swan Street on May 27.
He was also charged with possessing a Class B drug in Swan Street on May 27.
Osborne, who admitted the charges, was sentenced to six months imprisonment which was suspended for 18 months by Lincoln magistrates during a hearing on Monday.
He was deprived of the knife and the drugs were destroyed.
