Man arrested following West Pinchbeck crash
A man was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving following a collision with a lamppost.
The 27-year-old man suffered minor injuries after the incident in Six House Bank, West Pinchbeck, on Sunday.
Police were called to reports of a collision at around 7.50pm. The fire service also attended the incident.
A number of homes in the West Pinchbeck area were reported to have been left without power.
The driver was taken to hospital for treatment after being breathalysed.
Nearly 40 homes in West Pinchbeck were left without power last night.
A spokesman said: "We can confirm that one of our LV electricity cables was damaged following a road traffic accident at West Pinchbeck last night.
"To enable our engineers to carry out the cable repair safely, electricity supplies to 37 customers in the area were turned off at 10.06pm.
"Power was restored to all customers by 11.10pm as soon as the work was complete.
"The electricity network is now working as normal and no further action is needed."
