Police plea for witnesses to serious crash in Bourne when man was airlifted to hospital




Police are appealing for witnesses to a three vehicle collision in Bourne that resulted in a man being airlifted to hospital.

The collision involved a blue Ford Fiesta, silver Suzuki and a white Mini Cooper.

Officers attended the scene in North Road, Bourne, near the A15 junction at 9.27am on Sunday, October 28.

Police say a man was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries and others involved in the collision were treated for minor injuries.

Anyone who can help can call police on 101 or contact the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555111. Please quote incident 150 of October 28.

Police say an 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs and released under investigation.
