Spalding man to appear at crown court on four charges of sexual activity with a teenage girl
A 21-year-old man from Spalding man is to face trial over four allegations of sexual activity with a girl.
Levi Shields, of West Elloe Avenue, entered no pleas to the charges, all of which refer to the same girl, when he appeared at Boston Magistrates Court yesterday (Wednesday).
The charges relate to offences that all took place between May 2017 and May 2018 when the girl was aged 13-14.
Shields is due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on September 5 and he was granted unconditional bail until the hearing.
