Lincolnshire health officials rolling out the Covid jab are calling on Spalding, Holbeach, Long Sutton, Crowland and Donington residents to make sure their contact details are accurate with medical centres
Health officials are calling on the under 40s to make sure their contact details are accurate as part of the Covid vaccination roll out.
Allied Health South Lincolnshire, which has organised the programme at Springfields, reported that it has given 73,521 vaccines so far.
But as people who are aged 38 and over are being invited to come in for their jab, health officials have found that many patients are still registered to their parents address.
Clinical director Dr Adriaan van Biljon said: “If you have not already been vaccinated and your contact details have changed, please let your GP practice know, especially if your mobile phone number has changed.”
And when you are contacted with an appointment, please ensure you take it – it is critical everybody has two vaccinations, in order to have the maximum protection.
A total of 53 positive tests were recorded between May 10 and 16, which 14 more than the previous week. This places the rate at 47.4 per 100,000.
