The traditional Annual Bugling in of the Lutton Sausage takes place on Saturday (7pm).

Rob and Sally Stutely-Brown took over The Jolly Crispin at Lutton last August, so this is their first year of ‘Bugling in’, though Rob says they hope to continue the tradition for many years to come.

Traditionally, the sausage makes its way through the pub to the tune of The Lincolnshire Poacher played on a bugle, before being served with peas and mash.

The cost is £6 for adults and £3 for children under 14.
