Long Sutton man wanted ex-partner banned from his house

A Long Sutton man told magistrates that his former partner would not accept their relationship was over and he wanted her banned from his house so he could have a fresh start.

James Michael Cross (27), of Anfield Road, admitted assaulting his ex by beating when he appeared at Boston Magistrates' Court.

The magistrates heard police had been called in excess of 15 times to the property over the past two years, and that when they went again at 3pm on August 24, they found the former partner 'upset and crying' a short distance away.
